Engine won’t turn over

Hi there, I have a fl350 that ran good a couple of years ago but I let it sit for a few years and I went to try and start it and I could get it to turn over, the next day I tried to get it to start again but when I tried to pull it I couldn’t get it to turn over, I could turn the clutch by hand and get the piston to go up and down but when it went all the way down it stopped and couldn’t go back up unless I spun the clutch the opposite direction, don’t really know what’s wrong with it.

It sounds like there is something in the crank case preventing it from moving past that point. You are going to have to tear it down.
