Crankshaft Rebuid
« on: March 13, 2019, 04:16:08 PM »
The big end rod bearing has gone out on my FL250. What are my options? I can't find a rebuid kit anywhere.

I don't recall the specifics, but maybe do a search on here. The rod is not the same length as any common engine. I believe something like a TRX250R rod is a little longer with the same bearing sizes. You can put a spacer plate under the cylinder as thick as the difference in rod length.
