Honda Pilot Fuel pump issue?
« on: August 24, 2018, 05:55:17 PM »
So I have a 1989 honda pilot it runs awesome but when im going max speed or even down a hill a little at max speed i feel it needs more fuel. It almost misses. So i did the fuel pump test where I see how much fuel the pump actually pumps in ten seconds and its comes up about 2.3 oz or so. I hear that it should be 4.7 oz. So i bought another pump.... same reading. compression is 135 or so.. I even changed the hose from the cylinder to the pump. didnt change anything. Any ideas?
