My fl350 will not idle unless i have a tiny bit of pressure on the throttle. It is new to me and I have never had it idle correct. I have cleaned the carb and everything seems right. It has a PJ37 keihn carb. The cable has slack in it. I am out of adjustment on the cable. There is no screw to raise the slide. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to get a shorter cable or put some sort of spacer in it? The idle adjustment screw that is part of the choke doesn't seem to make a difference whether it is all the way in or out.
