Need Help Finding A Part

My fuel shutoff (pet cock) is leaking. I can't seem to find the o-ring/gasket that goes between the shutoff and the tank. I'm thinking I can just make a gasket out of readily available rubber gasket material. Anyone have any better suggestions?
