« on: May 13, 2013, 01:09:02 AM »
Got an fl350 that I'm need to know where to be for jetting

K&n open intake
Dg pipe and scilencer
Boysen 2 stage reeds
Cylinder has the intake ports cleaned up and the exhaust bridge has been widened slightly
Don't know who did the work?
What pilot and main jet should I use ???

There's an 145 main and it will run fine then start bogging out of no were

Thinking its the fuel pump but still need to know what the baseline jetting should be.

Got an new pump to put on it so ill cross that off tomarrow

145 sounds on the small side for that setup. The bogging might be from the piston starting to stick. What position is the clip in, in the needle? Slow jet size?

Yes a 145 is a bit small for sea level.

I have a 145 in one of mine at 5000 feet and the only mod to mine is dual intake hoses and a UNI filter.

The last Pismo beach trip I took with mine I used a 152.
The mods were:
Hillside Honda Head
DG Pipe W/FMF Quiet Core
Triple wrapped K&N Filter

My guess is you are going to be at minimum a 155 on your main.

Hard to guess exactly, because each one of these beasts has its own personality and jetting needs.

the float was set way too low
