FL350 ignition switch
« on: August 24, 2011, 12:10:53 PM »
Looking to replace bad ignition switch on my FL350 but having trouble locating one other than odysseysalvage.com if they have one $120.  Seems there should be a similar one from some other Honda atv.  Any suggestions?

Have to call or email. I know Ruby just told me we had one not that long ago when someone asked. I know we had a kit too with the ignition and the gas cap.

How do you get the ignition switch removed from the frame? I got the plastics off and can't get the key switch assembly out. Is there a special trick?

You have to press in a tang on the body of the ignition after sliding the rubber boot back.

Does the key have to be installed for the tab to depress? I hope not, the key got stolen and I need to remove key switch to take to a lock smith to rekey it.

No. I do have replacement ignitions, but then the ignition and gas cap will not match.
