Seatbelt is already gone. The cylinder is a ATV Racing ported polished cylinder that is in need of a sleeve. I will take $140 shipped for this one. Let me know if you would like for me to send detailed pics of the port work to you via email. Thank you

You do realize that once a cylinder is sleeved, it is no longer ported, right? The sleeve will need to be port matched again.

When you say it needs to be sleeved, is it worn out on an 82mm bore or is there other issues like a crack in the original sleeve? NiCom plating retains the porting and also is not a sleeve in a sleeve that are available for the Pilot.

Been there done that already...The sleeve didn't work well at all...Mine would swell in the thin areas between the intake ports and sieze the piston....You could actually mash on the sleeve in this area with your finger and see oil coming out from between the original sleeve and the new one....It might work on a stock cylinder, but the porting on my cylinder made this area extra narrow....
If shoubadaba doesn't want the cylinder, and it measures within specs to have it plated,I will take it....Can you please measure the cylinder and post bore size?
Thanks

I am well aware of this. I assume that you would also be aware that one could measure and mic the porting in order to duplicate the process and transfer this to other applicants. This has been my experience.

Sleeving is one option, NiCom plating would be another great option. I failed to mention that option, but that would be the way to go if one were to purchase this.
