Do you have a manual? It gives detailed instructions for checking the cdi, coil, pulse generator and alternator....These test will let you know where your problem lies......

ive tryed but it shows that the coil which is new is bad and cdi and pulse generater and altinator is bad in the book it says {The CDI unit is fully transistorized.
For accurate testing, it is necessary to use a specified electric
tester. Use of an improper tester may give a false reading.
Use Sanwa Electric Tester (07308-0020000) or Kowa
Tester (TH - 5H - 1 ) or Kowa Digital Multi-Tester (0741 1 - ,
0020000 or KS-AHM-32-003: U.S.A. only).} so i think thats why im getting crazy readings

ive checked the kill switch and i only get continuity when switch is off. i get continuity threw the two prongs on the spark plug coil. i have checked the wire going to the cdi to the coil to its good . it sucks after all this work and transporting it from mass to az and its dead .what a downer i could of got another one for what ive put into it .

Any digital volt meter that will read ohms should check the everything except the cdi....Does the 350 have fuses like the pilot does? If so,have you checked them? They are by the battery on the pilot....
