has anyone ever put a cr500 cylinder on a fl350? if so how much work was it, and what year cylinder. Thanks

It probably cannot be done.  The 350 uses an 18mm upper rod pin, most pistons that are 85mm and larger use a 20mm pin.  The piston is taller, and the case would really need some machining for the sleeve to fit down in it.  Nuke Em is possibly building one, he will probably respond.

why not try a late model ski doo cylinder much better port mapping then a 350 400 or a 500 honda
