so i was riding the other day and i hit a levy that was maybe a foot high it sent my flying forward about 13 feet and 3 feet in the air.. i landed on my front two tires..and rolled over.. now my front wheels are bent in.. i dont know if my frame bent or the j arms are... i believe it was the round tube the j arm goes on to that bent back on the left side... it also broke the tension rod... any one know of any thing like this.. whats my best bet.. just move up to quad front end arm set up or try bending bac
