Australian ATV Magazine Pilot Feature.
« on: July 29, 2005, 05:06:57 AM »
Australian ATV magazine's next issue is doing a feature on the Honda Pilot and used my imported ex FrankoATV's machine for the story. It covers the history of the 89/90 Pilot and some info on importing one to another country etc and will include 6 shots of the machine in action on the dunes with me at the wheel.
Here's a sneak peak of one pic that will be in the issue, due late August.

Cheers

Nice Article with only a couple minor issues.

The bigest is that the CR500 top end is NOT a drop on addition
You actually have to weld to the cases and change some of the stud locations...

Also if you change out the rubber front brake lines for stainless and properly adjust your brakes,
you will have no problem locking up the front end on any surface at any speed...

But all and all a great article   :)

Hey Aussie, can't get the down load to work, but I would LOVE to get a copy.I think it's really great that these machines still draw this kind of interest after this many years.
The buggy industry is growing with leaps and bounds with no sign of letting up. Maybe with enough recognition, Honda will decide to do this again! Well, nothing wrong with dreaming huh.
I pm'd you with my info.
