FL350 LIDS VAC FORMED
« on: June 18, 2005, 06:56:39 AM »
Plug for the FL350 lid was completed today so i have Vac Formed a lid in textured 3mm ABS,this item has the additional air tube or can be left undrilled if you are using the single stock air intake.I have placed the intake tube at the left rear of the lid so you can run your  new tube up to your top air box for fitting, its all good !

Cheers

Let me guess.

You had Frosted Flakes for breakfast, didn't you...

Any way you can make the lids with a dual air intake on top? I think there are more guys with 350's out there looking for the dual intake setup than the single.

the original 350 intake is on the side right?  so the second would be on top.

dhjunkie is correct the original intake is on the bottom air box unit, the lid i have produced adds a second intake, so that both tubes will meet up with the upper airbox unit.I'm currently making an upper airbox unit that will allow both tubes to fit on,this will look just like the stock part but with 2 tube intakes.

PS
Ive had a lot of interest in both the 350 and Pilot lids from Odyssey Salvage,ATV-Racing and they are already listed here under new items with these companies.
