I am building a fully suspended FL250 that I am documenting on http://www.g2-innovations.com  Here are a few pics of the front suspension I am planning on adding at some point. Right now I am collecting pieces still, but fabrication will start soon after the new year. The front suspension including disc brakes are off of a 400EX.

Lookin' good! I wonder how the 400ex a-arms compare to the Pilots geometrically? I guess I'd be "dreaming" if I thought they could just bolt up.
