On to bigger and better projects... 1st order is to start pulling this down to the frame.  The previous owner did a decent job of fabricating.  He made it his daily driver this past winter and the salt/sand they treat the roads with up here did a number on it...

Well now that my Pilot sold, I can start putting some attention into another project when I have time... Little pre-runner truck I picked up a while back.  The Pilot was a fun project, really enjoyed making Loser eat crow...all his know it all tech talk and nothing without his seal of approval...well my mods worked, they worked awesome and I bet he never could sell his pilot for what I sold mine for...LOL.

Hello all... Been a while since I been online, been very busy with the new company I started...BTW, I'm looking to higher if anyone is looking for work...I need over the road drivers, using 3/4 or 1 ton pickups and 35-40ft flatbed trailers...no CDL required.  If you have the truck, I'll hook you up with the trailer and gear...base out of your home.

Now because of the business, I really haven't had time to ride my Pilot and it's collecting dust... Below is the basic description and I can help deliver since I'm connected with a trucking company...LOL.  One more thing, if you hate Hoser and his marry bunch of ass clowns, you'll love owning this machine then because he said it would never work...it works great and it pisses him off...LOL

1989 Honda FL400R, completely rebuilt 400cc 2-stroke, custom long travel suspension, GPR stabilizer, Voyager GPS, 5 point harness, aluminum racing seat, full skid plates, powder coated, upgraded electrical system with chromed alternator, off-road lights, custom aluminum body, upgraded brakes (disc brake system) camera mounts built in to make some cool videos....It's fast. it's fun and it turns a lot of heads.  The motor has been completely gone through, top and low end.

 8)  Yes it is... We all know parts are tough to find, we also know when we do find them they tend to be on the higher end...nothing wrong with that, supply and demand...etc... I find alternative ways to get around that so yes, that is an alternator.  With all the electical add-ons I have, the stock system wasn't producing enough juice...either cut some of the add-ons or find more power...I found an alternative power source to work perfect, plus provide a little bling...LOL.  There are few other little items on there that I'm sure our old buddy Loser would say can't work that seem to work great!  Guess those old dumbasses at a custom rod shop (build cars that are sold at Barret Jackson Auction) don't know what they are doing according to Loser...LMFAO.   :P

Need a bushing on my 400R...left rear trailing arm where it bolts up to the frame.  Anyone have a lead on where to find a replacement?
