Odyssey FL350R / new Mikuni Fuel pump for fl 350
« on: April 07, 2009, 01:47:09 PM »
would of like to mount inside cage but cooling system and pump in way as we speak. I have the issue of  when I fill the alum tank it pushes its way back to the origanal tank and over flows out by the gravity effect (tank being hirer than orig.) I  will put in a cock pit to use the aluminum one for a reserve

Odyssey FL350R / carb adjustment issues
« on: April 07, 2009, 01:07:45 PM »
Bought all new carb 39mm keihin  PWK , Billet intake, v force reeds from aftershock, put new fuel pump on.  Started write up on first fire but when I take my finger off the throttle it dies. Which way do I need to turn the screw clock wise or counter clockwise( one with the spring I hope). its hard to do with one person  trying to keep it running and adjusting.  Messed with it a little but then it wouldnt start up again.  But got it back to fire again after takeing out the spark plug and putting it back to origanel spot. their are a lot about fine tuning the carb on this site but I just need  for it to idle for a little bit.  I dont know what size jet was put in steve with aftershock  said he would put in the best one to start off with. but havent heard from him yet. hell it might be the air filter never know. any help would be a appreciated.

« on: April 06, 2009, 01:20:38 PM »
bought this thing off ebay for 1500 it had the after market head and radiator. I always wonted one of these growing up. But had to get divorced before I relized I could have toys again and buy what I wonted for myself. Didnt know I had so such money know! thanks Aftermarket shock they provided the  new39mm Keihin PWK Carb, Billet intake, v force reeds great set up.   Couple of other things done. new tires, rims ,lights front and rear, heavy duty tie rod ends, rebuilt master cylinder, pads and shoes, work shocks front and rear. added fuel tank have to add a cock pit  because it pushes its way back to the tank and over fills, will just use this tank for spare  at the dunes, new seat and harness. added a 4 stroke exhuast pipe because it  was so load couldnt  even think after the head ache. added differt lights for front and rear look at other subjects for light pictures.   Hope to see you at Oklahoma come say Hi if you see me. Wll post pictures when I get back. Its been fun working  on,but going to look for another project  maybee putting a 1000 YZFR1 in one of these frames.
