Title: water cooled head

Hi, i just bought another fl350. It has a water cooled head. I had just put on a 10 inch fan on back of the radiator that runs when i switch the water pump on(i allways switch it on right before i start it).But do you guys think it could ever run too cold, maybe not in the summer but in the winter...something called cold seize (I think).
