Hoodlum,
A template would be great!  However you want to do it!
I'm sure that with the holidays this close you've got some other stuff  on the fire so, yeah when you get the chance let me know, and we can work out the details.   :P  thanks Rick

I will try to get some more pics...Anything specific?

Anything,, fit along the fenders, inside space, how tall the stand up is on the very front, and the info on what it is made out of. My guess is that it is sheet metal because of the cross break but I'm not sure.

Here's why I'm interested in it. In my spare time I sometimes mess with a little fiberglass, and kinda had some ideas, but they just fit  inside the foottube and my feet would get caught up inside the confines of that setup.
That, and I lost a hood at Powerline Park this year.
What you have looks like it could be great buck for a mold.

The lights look great!!
sorry to be way off topic, but could you point me to some pics of your hood or post some others?
I really like that style and it looks like I could fit my big feet under it

If you have a sign company near by you might stop in and talk to them also.  I've gotten a couple old plastic signs for free. dumpster fishing is great
I just make a cardboard template for what I want to make then x-fer it over to the plastic and cut it out.
A couple pieces of vynal in your color of choice and you are in business

I'm 6'5" and about 310-315lbs.  I don't need a shoe horn, but it does get a little snug getting in and out. Working on them is a differant matter. I have big hands, It makes jet swaps a big pain in the a$$.

I got word from the credit card company a few days ago. Everything is back in order. I got my money back.
I also talked to Randy, so I didn't keep the money long

I called the CC company, The lady I talked too seemed to think I would, but of course she couldn't promise anything.
Thanks for the cell number BTW. I don't know if it is good or not. I never got any answer and the message was one of the genaric Verizion messages.
I will keep the post going until I get a refund or I get denied.

Anyone know a reputable pipe maker?

Here's the latest on Marv. I started calling around today. First call was to Power Pros. Bad news, Marv is not in a positive realationship with them at this time.
David at Power Pros was a nice guy who gave me the low down on his dealings with Marv.
Long story short, Don't buy form Marv. He is a crook.
Pay Pal was also very knowledgeable about his dealings.
Again Marv is a crook.
I hope this info will help others
If he got you too and you are still waiting, stop, and start calling Pay Pal and your Credit card company.

Thanks Hoodlum,   I have sent him many e mails and called once, I also got belts from him. They are great. I'm not even twisted off about waiting. What ginds my a$$ is not knowing what is going on. He has zero service skills, all I have tried to find out is if I will even get the pipe this year.
I am going to start calling him I guess.

So as the title asks, Is anyone else waiting for an exhaust? I placed my order back in May. He was sure quick to call and blow in my ear, but since then he has been hard to nail down. (Doesn't return E mails) I haven't started calling yet, but I think I will next week.
So, I'm just wondering, if anybody else is in the same boat with me

I'm having trouble with a rich condition. At about 8 on the count to 10 it starts to clean out
I'm not a guru on two strokes but I'm pretty good with four stroke stuff.
It just sputters and bogs down any where around the middle.
I'm going to try the next smaller jet. Just to see what it does.

I'm going to look over it tonight provided it's under 100* tonight.
Cold weather can't get here soon enough. I know  this will screw everything else up with the jetting.
Why is the jet such a pain to get too?

Sorry to be so cranky. I haven't had my second cup of java yet

I have a stock 32 mm Klien carb. I'm not sure of the jet size yet, but here is my question.
WIth the needle's e clip set at the top notch I'm running lean though the mid range ( the nasty 1300's)but when I move the clip down to the next notch. It loads up real bad. (1000 to 1150 ish but not any higher)Do I need to go the next smaller jet or what?
I'm running an EGT on a stock pipe so I'm just a little closer the jug than I should be too.
