Title: maybe a dumb question but i need some help

on the disc brake cable that runs from the caliper when it connects to the steering wheel how is it held in the it looks like it screws in but there is now threads on the end of my cable am i missing something???

Mine has a treaded adjustment at the steering wheel as well as the break caliper. if yours is missing, I suggest getting one at your local motorcycle junkyards. you should be able to put it in place without disassembling the steering wheel. the FL250 shop manual is available online for free in PDF format. do a search and download. Lots of good info in it. Hope that helps.
