Title: 85 fl350 complete but low compression what's it worth? ??

Hay all, new to the board. OK so I have a 85 all original fl350 and it has low compression and I want to sell it.. I took it for cash someone owed me so looking for some guidance? ? Thanks LD

The prices vary across the country. They have been going up lately. They were down during the recession. You might look at Craig's list to see if there are any on there and what they are listed for. The top end on a 2 stroke needs to be rebuilt periodically anyway. I tell people I would rather pay less for a machine with low compression than one the seller says he just rebuilt. If the buyer does the rebuild, he knows what is in it.

Thanks for the reply. There is a couple I have seen on CL but they are completely done over (3000-3500) so I don't know. Is it worth 1-1500$ ??

$1500 would be good price to list it for.
