I'm an amsoil guy myself.. Never been a fan of the castor based stuff but many people use it... I had a squeak as you described myself once, turned out to be the belt rubbing the clutch... Take the belt off and try it... If not, it could be some compression bleeding back through the reeds... Mine runs about 175psi compression and I can get by with 92 octane pump gas so I would say straight racing fuel may not be needed... Try the 50/50 and listen for detonation... Sounds like bb's bouncing off a piece of glass...

Have you checked your needle in the carb? What size jet you running? It really sounds like a jetting issue....

1st to 3rd on the needle is a big jump... That controls the middle range.. I would move to the 2nd notch and see what happens... If it's rich, there should be a drop in rpm's along with some sputtering and sloppy throttle response...

Looks like its running really rich... Check exhaust too and make sure it isn't plugged up with carbon....

I'm not sure on the 350... I do know that on my pilot, the angle of the tie rods, which will be effected by the depth of those bolts, played a very crucial role in tuning the suspension... My optimal bumpsteer setting had the wheels towed out slightly at full droop, straight at ride height, and back to slight tow out at full compression. It's pretty much impossible to get no tow change, but the trick is getting it to change as little as possible, and in a manner that it doesn't effect the handling...

It is double lip... You are referring to the seal where the axle comes out? You do have to remove the cv cup to replace the seal...The final shaft inside the tranny does not come out without taking the tranny apart...
