Where does this wire go?

There's a 3', redish wire coming from the junction of the CDI and headlight harnesses. It has a push-on female end. No idea where it goes and can't find it in the diagram.

Hey mate,

The wiring does change a bit between the years
Have you checked the addendum at the end of the shop manual if you have a later year model?

It's the rear light wire.
