Apoligize in advance, but I did several searches in forum, are there any Carb parts available for 89 Pilots ? ...found very few but no gasket kit anywhere..thanks

The stock carb is a Keihin PE32 with the added heat block and the modified cap/cable. The heat block was to prevent freezing in cold weather. Replacement parts for that carb have not been available for many years. I would suggest changing to a 35 Keihin PWK. The chock cable threads right in. It needs an FL350 throttle cable which is available aftermarket. You might be able to stretch the stock intake in hot water depending on how hard it is.
