New engine for a 250

Hey I'm new here I bought a fl250 last year and had it running and now it's not, I am looking for an electric start engine cuz I'm tired of pulling lol, so I found this engine at princess auto and was wondering if it would be easy to put this into it http://www.princessauto.com/pal/en/Engines/13-HP-389cc-OHV-Gas-Engine-with-Electric-Start/8129553.p any help would be appreciated

I'd be interested in hearing as well, looks like a decent engine?can't imagine mounting would be tough, little welding i'm sure.
