I have a 1977 ody that dont run right...I have the timing set per service manual so iam not sure what is going on...here is a video of what it is doing. acts like a timing problem...anyone know?

Have you checked to make sure the moon key in the flywheel isn't sheared? If it is,the timing marks could be on,but still be out of time....You have to pull the flywheel off to check this....
