Hi guys i just inherited my first Honda FL250 and it needs alot of TLC.
I live in north texas 30 miles east of Dallas.
The engine turns by hand smoothly and hoping it is good and will run, however no starter so cannot try it.
I please need the following:
Complete Honda Odyssey fl250 Pull Start Recoil Pullstart
(if rope missing ok)
fl250 Rear Axle Carrier (my bearing locked up and have not taken it apart to see if i can replace bearing). the case is good.
fl250 Steering Wheel - need small lever on passenger side
the handles are frozen in place and i think i can clean them up enough to get them working.
also missing the air box.
is there a gasket for the gear reduction box? they took some of the bolts out and it has no oil but does turn freely.
please let me know if you have any of these and how much? i have been watching ebay, but dont like the idea of overpaying due to bidding wars.
it may be more work than i can afford but sure looks like it will be fun.
