Midwest Car Show Marysville, KS

Here are some pics of this weekends car show.  I'm a big fan of the Shelbys and Boss Mustangs.

There was a good turn out despite the storm warnings and wind all day.  About 150 cars showed up but I only took pics of the Mustangs.

Yep chevy fan. Know saying that I should tell you ever since I was a kid with a papper route There was a Boss on my route and I timed it every day to here it run. The owner payed at the office so I never got to talk to him. One day the car showed up in my drive and my older sister ran out. I took this as my chance to check it out up close so I yelled "wait up" sis said got to go and I called in a favor( she always owed me) I need a ride to the store, to which she ask can we drop him off up town he repied OK. I jumped in front and was soon sent to the back seat no big deal finally got ride and soon was able to stop by and hang out as he worked on it. Always wanted one I'am afraid if I did it would look like the bald guy driving the convertable reliving his child hood. Even today I enjoy pulling up next to one and say "I always wanted one". The sound and smell brings back a lot of memories noting like American Muscel. Thanks for shareing. Did you know Wanoka has a car show ever year and ther is always a few there as weel as other very nice rides.
