I finished wiring everything in yesterday and took it to my local dunes, Walden Colorado(8500ft). All and all, the 420 ran great. I forgot to tighten a clamp on one fuel line, lost a bolt on the harness and the seat mounting bolts were loose. My jetting and clutching guess were right on the money. EGT temps never past 1200 deg and clutching never bogged or over revved. This motor rips! I did start cracking/splitting some paddles today too. That sucks, the tires have 1 trip and look new.
I am very pleased with the power it produces. Flat walks away from our other built 350 machines. I can wait to test it against some Pilots.
My friend took some quick video clips and I'll post them when he burns them to a cd for me. Anyway, here are a few pictures from today.
