what belt to get for a pilot with a power bloc?

I am getting ready to go to pismo and was wondering which belt I should get just in case I shreded the one I have.I read a post where someone said that we could use a belt fro napa,is that true?If not does anyone have a good place to buy belts?How often do the belts take a crap on you?(besides when you go on a special trip along ways away)lol :lol:

I think that's a matter of opinion. I run Polaris belts beause it's too hard and too exspensive for me to get Honda OEM belts. I tried the base Dayco, and I thought they wore out too quick. Others have good luck I think with Dayco Max's (?). 4x4 tuff sells belts that are supposed to hold up well as well.

... ludedude's right, Dayco Max 1121 work, but wear out too quickly. The Polaris belts ( 3211077 ) work well & seem to last quite a bit longer.

Stoneman.  Great information.  How did you figure out that was the right belt?  Not questioning, wondering how I figure out which one would be right for a FL350.  Looks like a good alternative.  I easily get 2 to 3 riding years on a stock belt, but replacing every year at that price sounds like a good idea.  The loss in speed with a worn belt is very subtle.
