Suggestions for Aftermarket Rims (preferably beadlock)
« on: May 27, 2017, 06:37:46 PM »
Does anyone have suggestions for aftermarket rims for the Pilot (preferably beadlock)? I would like as close to stock size and offset as possible. I believe the stock ones are as follows (but someone please correct me if I'm wrong): Front - 10x5.5, 4+1.5 offset, 4x110 bolt pattern. Rear: 10x9, 4+5 offset, 4x130 bolt pattern.

I have Douglas Red Labels (.190) and they are not holding up. I am more concerned with durability and the correct size than the weight so steel wheel suggestions would be great too.

Unless you find an Pilot owner selling some that were special made, wheels exactly like the originals are tough to find, especially the fronts. The unique offset makes it a problem. I've seen some aluminum beadlock fronts very close in offset, but I think Aftershock just had a small batch of them made.

The rear wheels are much easier to find the stock offset, but they usually are drilled for a different lug pattern.  Most suppliers can drill them to match.
The usual 'my two cents' disclaimer applies. :)

Thank you odypilots. If anyone knows of other people who are planning to order a custom batch, please let me know.
