Ok I will get a 138 and give it a try I'm kinda nervous about going any lower .I realize once it cols down I will have to reject I just want to make sure that's all it is .

Its just too fat. Keep dropping in jet size til it feels the same as it is with the airbox lid removed.

An air cooled FL350R needs to be jetted on the verge of blubbering to keep it cool. I would have an exhaust gas temp and a cylinder head temp gauge if trying to push it closer to optimal power.

I'm good now I put the 142 back in and did my own version of a air box mod I will post pics later.It looks better than any of the mods I have seen and I have a nice brown plug .
