Missing Carbi Hose...
« on: May 23, 2013, 09:03:57 PM »
Hi All,

Have rebuilt my FL250 and stupidly cant find where one hose from the carbi is meant to run...

I have circled the hose in question on the attached but cant find it anywhere on the manual (male end points down when looking at the carbi). Can you please help!

It's a vent. It just hangs down.

Thanks mate. I thought the vent pipe was on the other side...? This hose has definitely had a clip on both ends (carbi end and unknown end) and its about a 3mm hose. Its also pretty clean which makes me think otherwise. Its also not very long so it must fit in somewhere close by...

It could have a clip on the unknown end if a previous owner had put a t in there so only one hose hung down. I'm not familiar with the 250, but both the 350 and 400 have three hoses hanging down from the carb.
The usual 'my two cents' disclaimer applies. :)
