One more.....the pics are of two machines.

And yes they are all Hondaline options.  Even the additional lights.

Would that be the Trip meter or drink holder for the cold ones. Go Honda.

"cup holder definatly not Hondaline". Well it should be. We could call it a helment holder.

Those are pretty cool odys. got plans for them. The atc spedo which appers to be mechinal interest me on how it attaches at the hub.

Pics please.

I take it the ody was an 85 front set up

You got some cool stuff, lucky man.

Heck that was fun, more please.

Very interesting story on the Ody with the lights.....

The machine was never recalled.....so the upper air box, air guides, CDI, skid plate, and transmission gear kit were never replaced.  It is a very low VIN number machine and ordered with all the Hondaline stuff.

What baffles me is the engine is a post-recall engine but it may be the 80mm bore.

Frame is borderline perfect and will remain in my personal collection after I restore it.

The speedo kit doesn't attach to the hub....  If you look at a 350 trans, there is a triangle cover on the clutch side in the middle of the trans.  It is directly alligned with the reduction shaft gear inside.  The kit replaces the that triangle cover and routes the cable up front.  If you look at the frame there is a flat spot by the belt cover where you route the cable along the left side of the machine.

I have searched the globe for these parts, I know of only 4 speedo kits in existance and I own 3 of them.

The light kit is the holy grail.....

I must say I have never seen the tach set up. I take it then the tip meter works the same way. Great find. If you ever do work on that portion of the ody please share pics with an envious back yard hacker.

It took 10 years and alot of $$$ and many miles on the Powerstroke......  The 4th that I know of is in the hands of another collector, and he wouldn't take 1k for it.

I know because I asked....LOL

There is one item that I am still looking for but they are more common...I have one but I would like a new one in the package.
