rear suspension (i need help)

alright im the middle of a rebiuld, just had the frame powdercoated black. looks great. but puting the rear back togetherive noticed.
1  left rear toe in and i can only get it straight with very few threads left on ball joint

2 right side toe out and it is turned in all way

me and my budy have measured eveything, look dumb founded for hours and cant find anything bent, im so frustraighted i dont get it please help thanx

Stand it up on it's rear end and measure the corners of the suspension and see if it's square...
Just a thought, but did you check to see if there was any play in the wheel bearings?

very little play if any, and no i didnt measure to see if its square, i will do that hopefully saturday( but it sure looks straight)

Try checking the big bolt that goes through the Hiem joint at the front of the gold suspension arm (Honda calls it the radius arm). It seems that my 350 bent the bolt attachment point, and we used shims to help correct the bend.

ok it looks like my frame is tweaked some where, i used washer and shimmed it and there pretty close. i will just live with it thanx for the help.

Have you checked the radius arm as it may be bent, The seem should be straight from front to back

tore them off and and lined them up and they r the same, i measured the frame and the mesurements r off,. whats strange the mesurements r different to whats happening at the wheels.
