repair work on Skat Tracs

Who, where , how much to get paddles repaired on Skat tracks? I have never had to repair any. I won another set that needs repaired on Ebay yesterday for $5.50 and $16 to ship. Definately cheap enough. I figured they would be great for the 250R trike.

A guy told me that the Shoe Goo stuff works pretty well, but not as well as new ofcourse, but will hold for several trips. For $4.00, I am experimenting. I'll post back and give results(don't hold your breath, I am not...LOL)
