Odyssey FL350R / trailing arm end bolt
« on: October 08, 2016, 08:03:12 AM »
So my last trip I ended up breaking the end bolt on my fl350. Was wondering where i can purchase a new end bolt without having to buy the whole trailing arm? I thought i looked everywhere.
Oh by the way..... When the end bolt breaks, you end up breaking the shock too, dang it.

General Discussion / pull starter

Sometimes my push button to start my fl350 seizes,  so then I have to get out and pull start my ride. Well now my cord doesn't retract back all the way. That sucks.  Is there a way I can get it to retact fully, or am I stuck wrapping it around the cage?

I was at the marina track doing some hot laps. Finally my buddy that speaks so highly that he would post faster lap times and smoke me on the straight aways showed up to walk the walk. Hahaha...... Well he tried in 4 wheel drive then he tried in 2 wheel drive, leading in the same results. Eating my dust in lap time and in the drag race.  What a good day.

Odyssey FL350R / paddle tires
« on: July 04, 2011, 09:35:10 PM »
So most of my weekend trips are going to be at the sand dunes. I currently run with a mud tire, and I can get around just fine. But you think paddles would make that much of a difference? Who's been there and can recommend what to get?

Odyssey FL350R / jetting after airbox replacement?
« on: January 17, 2011, 06:37:15 AM »
Just got randy's( oddy Salvage ) open air filter mount.  And now I'm going to re-jet it for more fuel. How many sizes up should I start. Don't have the EGT yet. So dialling it in may take a while.

I know I was able fly bye all the side-by-sides in the sand. But this time we are taking it to the dirt hills. For some reason I'm not scared. Friend of mine has a polarise rzr, and wants to see if I can go where he can go. And with a smile, I said " I think I should be able to". I'm bringing my video mount so I can youtube my oddy blasting by him multiple times.

Well it all started on my first time out to Pismo Beach thinking " What am i getting myself into". Rented some quads and sure enough as I'm out on the dunes, I see these minature sand rail things. not knowing they were odysseys, because i've never seen a odyssey. had to stop and watch these hondas killen it out on the dunes. Man, as soon as I got home I searched and searched for these things.  BAM!!! now I own two of them and cant wait to be that guy tearing it up at the dunes. Pismo Beach that is.    So, this year if you guys go and see two FL350s out in the dunes come stop me and say what up.

The two piece plate that covers the drive pulley and driven pulley is something I would like to leave off unless there is a reason for it, just because its another thing is my way when working on the carbs and others. keep it, or lose it. What do the big dogs do?
