I bought that one. Bad move as the 20hr engine was crap. Traded for a decent suzuki samurai.

Good thing is I have parts and can build and fabricate. I'll post it some on here.

During inspection I have found the crank out of line, 2 bearings bad, balancer crank side gear minorly worn, on 82mm bore.

Decided to go bigger instead of trying to tune the 350. Motor went out of balance the other day and I tore into it. Crank was wobbling on both sides. cases had some repairs and the case halves were not matched very well. There was mix leaking out of it. There was my tuning issues. Crank was not new as far as I could tell. 82mm bore. Again not new or recently rebuilt?

This side was nice and dry.

Sadly this side was nice and dry too.
Bottom of the motor shows all.

Fits like a glove. A fitted glove. Going to mess with isolated motor mounts and lower it a hair.

Next will be exhaust mods.

I know you said the 350 was crap, but just got my motor rebuilt with an 82mm. What compression did your 350 have, assuming the top end wasn't backyards as bad as the bottom?  Mind has 145 before seat/breakin now and I'm just wondering where it's going to go after break in.

my 350 was at 135 very powerful even with the leaks in the bottom end obviously could have been better. I still have the cylinder and piston. will need a hone and rings.
