By the way, nice bike! My brother's heavily into bikes. I was kind of freaked out the other day when he was talking about each individual piece of his latest creation being so many grams. GRAMS? Jeez, no wonder they don't weigh anything when they're completely built!!! :shock:

OH NO a GRAM wennie. :) ya, i used to worry about bike weight with my X country bike, but hen the lighter stuff always bent or broke. So the bike gradually got heavier. now my XC bike is at 26 lbs and happy, no more broken parts. But the DH rig is another story, light parts will beat you up and break you. Most DH rigs weigh in at 38 to 45 lbs and they do not like to be pedaled uphill :(!
The red bike is one of the lightest bikes made for DH riding and it weighs in at 35 lbs, it is still heavy to pedal uphill but a lot better than its 10 lb competitors. The monoque chassis is the key to its light weight. You would swear it was made out of a bear can.

Man, the only thing I know about his bikes is that he's got some for terrain riding and others for racing. The racing ones are composed of all kinds of different, wierd substrates. His latest rig has disc brakes! Go figure. Also, the SKINNIEST tires I've ever seen on a bike. Then he goes on and on about this and that, thinking the whole time I know what the hell it is he's talking about. Ha, if he only knew...

yes they do. it becomes illegal if the other drivers can no longer see the tail light, then the tail lights have to be added to the bike rack. Most officers seldom stop the cars for this though anyways.

No! No leg shaving (yet), but he does have these skin-tight ballerina pants that he uses when he rides! LOL!!! :oops:

So you notice how sandboxes of today some with lids....:)
Some think its to keep the water out and the sand fresh. Well
yup it does that too.
I mentioned to a coworker about it and she said yeah yeah yeah...
Then I pointed out how CATS love sand boxes. She went EEEEW
My sisters got worms when they were a kid from playing in the sand box.
Was attributed to CAT POOP in the sand....
So no eating while in the sandbox. :) Hands stay away from you mouth.
And please wash before posting in another forum after being in the sandbox. :)
